첨부파일을 출력하셔서 학부모님 및 등록 학생 서명 후 등록비와 함께 제출해주세요.
아래는 학사 규정 내용입니다.
1. 등록금 환불 규정
구두로 전달한 경우는 인정하지 않습니다. 반드시 학교 이메일(kcpch.korean@gmail.com)로 등록
취소 내용을 개강 전날까지 보내주시면 100% 환불해 드리고 개강일 이후에는 환불해 드리지 않습니다.
단 한국으로 영구 귀국하거나 건강상의 부득이한 경우에는 학교장과의 상담 후 처리해 드립니다.
Refund Policy
In order to get a refund, you must send your request to kcpch korean school e-mail (kcpch.korean@gmail.com)
for registration cancellation before the opening of a course. Once the class has started, there will be no refund.
However, we can process a refund under the circumstances of: a health problem or permanent return to Korea,
after consultation with a school principal.
2. 수업 출석, 조퇴 및 결석
모든 학생은 수업 시작 전까지 입실하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 조퇴시에 보호자께서 교무실에 오셔서
조퇴증을 발급받은 후 담당 교사에게 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. 결석시에는 담당교사에게 이메일이나
전화로 미리 연락하시길 바랍니다.
Attendance, Early Dismissal and Absence
All students must be in class before starting their classes. In the case of an early dismissal, a parent or guardian
must come in to the school’s office to fill out an early dismissal form. In the case of an absence, please let the
teacher know in advance by sending an e-mail or phone call.
3. 사고의 책임
학생이 학교의 건물이나 물건을 훼손했을 경우, 혹은 동료학생에게 상해를 입힌 경우에는 가해 학생의
보호자가 책임지고 합의 및 보상합니다. 본교는 교장 이하 모든 교사들이 학생들의 안전을 위해 최선을
다할 것입니다. 그러나 학교에서 일어난 어떠한 사고에 대해서도 학교는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
Liability of Damage
If the student has damaged the school’s building or property, or harassed/hurt another student, the parent or
guardian must take the responsibility for their actions and compensate. The school and staff will do our best to
keep the students safe, however, if an accident was to occur during class hours or at school, we take no
responsibility. |
